Yes, our perfumes are FDA approved and IFRA certified. We are committed to using safe and high-quality ingredients in all our products. That’s why our products are also phthalate-free and silicone-free.

Are Scented Journeys Perfumes cruelty-free?

Yes, all our fragrances are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals.

How should I store my Scented Journeys Perfumes?

How long do Scented Journeys Perfumes last?

All our fragrances are blended at a higher concentration than typical Eau de Parfums. We’ll let the quality speak for itself.

How long will it take to deliver my order, especially during the festive season?

We understand how exciting the festive season can be and we're here to help. However, we can't promise exact arrival dates, especially during the high-demand season.

Can I pay COD (cash On Delivery)?

Cash on Delivery is unavailable. Please use our secure payment options.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently deliver only in India, but our perfumes are destined to travel farther, and journey across the globe soon

What is your refund policy?

As part of our ongoing charitable initiative, 2% of the proceedings are donated to the charitable causes. In support of this mission and to maintain the integrity of our donation process, all sales are final and therefore are not eligible for refunds. Can I cancel my order?
