Hi, I am Marisha Agarwal, a scientist by training and a perfumer by calling.
Growing up between The Netherlands and India, the smell of tulip fields and rain-soaked earth was just part of life. Everyday scents became memories before I ever thought of them as fragrance.
Science is my language, fragrance is my first love. With a solid foundation in chemical engineering at Rijksuniversitiet Groningen, from synthesis of a slow-release fragrance at the molecular level during my bachelors, to developing extraction technology with green CO₂ for the purest rose oil during my masters. I loved chasing molecules and reactions.
I even began a doctorate at Technische Universitiet Delft. During a startup competition in the first year itself, I had a eureka moment: What if I applied everything I knew, to what I truly loved? That question brought me to India to pursue entrepreneurship in perfumery.

Hi, I’m Charvi Parikh, a changemaker at heart and a business strategist by training.
For over a decade I led me2green, an NGO I founded in Mumbai to inspire young people to care about sustainability. From waste segregation drives to community clean-ups, I experienced the realities of change up close from the challenges, the persistence, and yes, the stench. Yet in that chaos came an enduring truth: life becomes more fragrant when we give back and stay connected to our communities.
The shift from stench to scent might seem unexpected. But it was a natural evolution for me, a new way to explore how transformation can touch the senses.
With a Doctorate in Business Administration, combined with experiences across corporate and social sectors, a perfumery rooted in mindfulness, balance, and purpose is taking shape. Every fragrance is created such that beauty and responsibility can share the same space, because even the smallest scent has the power to evoke change, emotion, and connection.
