Refund policy

At Scented JourneysTM,  we take pride in our craftsmanship and support meaningful causes by donating 2% of every purchase. To maintain the integrity of this charitable initiative, all sales are final and therefore are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once dispatched. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our return, refund and cancellation policy below:

Return & Refund Policy 

  • As perfumes are cosmetic products, we regret to inform you that all our products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

  • We do not accept refund requests for any products once a purchase has been dispatched. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us make a meaningful impact through our contributions.

  • We highly encourage you to try our Discovery Box to be sure about the scents you are purchasing. 

Cancellation Policy 

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. In case of order cancellation requests prior to dispatch, Scented JourneysTM reserves the right to decide whether an order has been dispatched or not and thus accept or reject requests based on a case-to-case basis. 

Incorrect / Damaged Product Policy 

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect / damaged product, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at info@thescentedjourneys.com. After this period lapses, Scented JourneysTM will not be able to entertain any claims and/or requests. 

We address these on a case-by-case basis, and shall assess the situation and assist you accordingly. Please provide us with your name, order number, description of the issue, and a proper unboxing video of the order for our verification.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage, improper storage and/or improper application WILL NOT be covered under our policy.
